George Buza is a Canadian actor and voice actor whose career spans more than four decades across film, television, animation, and stage. Born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1949 and later settling in Canada, Buza became widely recognized for his commanding voice and strong on-screen presence. He is best known to international audiences as the voice of Hank McCoy, better known as Beast, in the acclaimed 1990s animated series X-Men: The Animated Series. He later reprised his role as Dr. McCoy in Disney's hit X-Men '97. His performances bring depth, intelligence, and warmth to the fan-favorite character, cementing his legacy in the world of superhero animation.

Beyond voice acting, Buza has had a prolific live-action career. He appeared as Turner Edison in the beloved Canadian series Maniac Mansion and has taken on roles in both comedic and dramatic productions. His film credits include appearances in X-Men (2000), where he played a truck driver opposite Hugh Jackman, as well as The Christmas Chronicles, Men with Brooms, and numerous made-for-TV movies.
